Patch-Test: 3 Quick Steps

Patch Test: 3 Quick Steps

Your safety is our priority. Patch testing helps confirm compatibility before full use.

Apply a small amount

Use a pea-size amount on clean skin—inner forearm or behind the ear work well.
For lip products: test on forearm first. If no reaction, try a tiny amount at the corner of the lips.

Wait & observe (24h)

Leave on for 24 hours (avoid washing the spot). Watch for redness, itching, burning, swelling, or rash.
Rinse-off products: leave on 10–15 minutes, rinse, then observe the area for 24 hours.

Evaluate the results

If there’s no reaction, begin regular use and increase frequency gradually. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a professional if needed.

  • Avoid testing on broken, irritated, or freshly shaved skin. Keep away from eyes.
  • Everyone’s skin is unique—patch-test when trying a new product or routine.
  • Allergies or medical skin conditions? Patch-test extra carefully and follow your clinician’s guidance.
