International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- If you need to update your shipping address, contact us ASAP before the order ships. Once in transit, we’re unable to reroute packages.
- If a package is marked “delivered” but you can’t locate it, please check with household members and neighbors first, then contact the carrier. If still unresolved, email us—we’ll help investigate.
Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our small-batch skincare, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product details and patch-test prior to full use.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at naturestallowtouch@gmail.com.
- Please include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- We’ll assess and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
