Patch-Test: 3 Quick Steps
Patch Test: 3 Quick Steps
Your safety is our priority. Patch testing helps confirm compatibility before full use.
Use a pea-size amount on clean skin—inner forearm or behind the ear work well.
For lip products: test on forearm first. If no reaction, try a tiny amount at the corner of the lips.
Leave on for 24 hours (avoid washing the spot). Watch for redness, itching, burning, swelling, or rash.
Rinse-off products: leave on 10–15 minutes, rinse, then observe the area for 24 hours.
If there’s no reaction, begin regular use and increase frequency gradually. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a professional if needed.
- Avoid testing on broken, irritated, or freshly shaved skin. Keep away from eyes.
- Everyone’s skin is unique—patch-test when trying a new product or routine.
- Allergies or medical skin conditions? Patch-test extra carefully and follow your clinician’s guidance.
